As the owner and founder of L. Bartlett, Laura has a natural talent for both buying and teaching her trade to her team. Over the past 18 years, Laura has remained hands on with L. Bartlett to ensure every season is on trend and our team is top notch. Laura’s top priority is customer service and customer experience.
When she’s not wrangling her four kiddos (and counting), she’s either working her magic in her beautiful store, training for a marathon or sipping a margarita on the beach (when she gets the chance).
We have Laura to thank for the unmatched customer service, impeccable inventory and maintaining an eager sales team.

Sophia takes pride in the impeccable team she has created in addition to the brand collections she’s had the opportunity to grow. One of her biggest goals is to develop relationships with customers, be there to help them in any way she can, and provide the best experience for them! She knows the store like the back of her hand and can style anyone for ANY occasion, wanting every person to feel amazing and confident!
