How long will it take for my order to ship?
L Bartlett typically ships online orders the same (business) day. However, we guarantee your order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm CST will be submitted for processing the following business day. All expedited orders must be placed on Friday before 12pm CST in order to be processed and shipped out before the weekend.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
How do I initiate a return?

Items eligible for return must be unworn with tags and delivered within the past 7 days, unless otherwise noted as 'Final Sale'. Returns will be issued with a full refund (exclusions: intimidates).
In-store pick up orders will follow the in-store return poilcy. In-store pick up orders are elligble for full refund within 24 hours of "Marked as Ready For Pickup". After 24 hours, orders are eligble for in-store credit for the following 6 days. Return window is 7 days total.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! Once you’ve requested a return/exchange you will receive a prepaid return label.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, if that gift was given to you within the past 14 days, email Lawrence@denovoactive.com to verify your eligibility to return your gift. Exchanges cannot be made without a receipt or order number.
Can I return items I purchased online in-store?
OF COURSE! We would love to see you in-store and are happy to issue a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Our address is: 6823 Snider Plaza Dallas 75205
Is the return policy the same for in-store purchases?
No! In-store purchases are available for full refund for one day after purchase. Returns made within 14 days of purchase will receive store credit. Jewelry, intimates and swimwear purchased in-store are final sale.
